1. Refund Policy

By default, all digital goods purchases are **final, non-refundable, and non-returnable** once credentials are automatically delivered to your email or order status page.

2. Warranty & Replacement Exceptions

A product replacement (warranty) or complete refund will only be initiated under the following parameters: - The credentials delivered are structurally locked or invalid (incorrect login, pre-mature expiry) upon delivery, and our support team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 24 hours. - The product goes out of stock during payment processing and you choose not to wait for our manual restocking.

3. Claim Guidelines

To initiate a replacement warranty or refund request, please contact our support team with the following details: - Your unique Order ID (UUID). - A valid Stripe payment receipt. - Clear screenshots or short screen recordings demonstrating the login or activation issue.
